Cancellation / No Show Policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy, if you wish to cancel your appointment this can be done on the app or by contacting the salon via telephone or social media. Failure to do so may result in no future appointments being given. 


In the event you do not show for your appointment that has been booked via the app, full payment will automatically be taken, this is out with our control, if you cannot attend your appointment, please ensure you contact the salon at the earliest opportunity. 

We reserve the right to refuse clients that repeatedly no show/cancel last minute for appointments.


Arriving on time: We run a full, tight schedule with clients. We allow a 5-minute grace time in the event you are running late, any later this may result in you not being taken for your appointment as it will affect the rest of our working day. Notice if you are going to be late is always greatly appreciated.

Us running late: On the occasions we do run late & it’s our fault, we will always notify you on arrival and give you the option to wait or come back to the salon. If we run any longer than 20 minutes late we discount your treatment for the inconvenience.
